I created an additional window in my e4 app model--its a login window. I still have another window created for the main view. I set the min and max width and heights to the same value and also looked for (but did not find) a CSS property to set but no luck.

How do I do this?

Do I need to write my own css property applier to make this work through CSS?

I was just trying to get a nice login window as another window in my model, nothing fancy. It was either create this window or as an alternative, use the main window and try to create a reduced Menu that only had a File>Connect and File>Exit entry but I could not figure out how to create a general full Menu and swap that in until login was successful.
