Two different metamodels with the same file extension are required. Let's assume these two languages are AL and BL.

I modified the their extensions to 'AL editor' and 'BL editor' respectively in plug-in. xml, therefore the users could distinguish these two editors.
However, the initial effect was not good. When the users used the 'AL editor', the editor would call the customized validation of 'BL editor'. It was totally a mess!

Should the file extension be unique?
If not, how can I separate these two languages?
