The executable (default is eclipse.exe for win) is not exported with my PDE
build. When I copy eclipse.exe and eclipse.ini from eclipse installation,
rename the product id in eclipse.ini, my product application can be started
fine.

Have tried to do some manual steps suggested on others threads, but nothing
helps.

Project structure is the following:
- feature
- contains plugin with .product
- plugin
- contains .product

Have you some suggestion? I can provide you with more information if needed.
