Would you like to learn how TIBCO uses JAVA and Eclipse to provide business intelligence and SOA Architecture to their clients..?? Would you like to hear about TIBCO's dedication to Eclipse, The Foundation, and the Technology.

Mark your calendars and RSVP we're hosting the next Eclipse group presentation and networking event at TIBCO's corporate offices in Palo Alto. Free beer and pizza will be served.

Listen in as a senior architect describes how TIBCO uses Eclipse; why TIBCO is so dedicated to Eclipse and the foundation; and find out about the software engineer career prospects that TIBCO has to offer.

Paul Beusterien of Mobile Developers Solutions will also be doing a presentation on "Eclipse's Power and Potential for Mobile Web Developers". Here is what to expect from Paul:

• Overview of Web Apps and how they compare and differ from native apps.

• See how to use JavaScript, HTML, CSS to build Android applications with the PhoneGap framework and add-on Eclipse plug-in.

• How to build apps with jQuery Mobile and Sencha Touch.

Bio: Paul Beusterien is the Principal at Mobile Developer Solutions. MDS's initial product is an Eclipse plugin that enables easy web application programming for Android. Web app project creation and configuration with PhoneGap, jQuery Mobile and Sencha Touch takes only a few clicks.
Before MDS, Paul led development tools at Wind River Systems and Symbian Foundation.

PIZZA AND BEER (non-alcoholic beverages will be provided) are compliments of Matt Tager and the folks at TIBCO.

There is NO FEE to attend this event - you just need to be a "hands-on software coder" to attend.

If you are a hiring manager - or a software engineer who would like to inform the group of available job opportunities and employment positions within your company, please contact Daniel Parrillo (dparrillo@strategi.biz) via email - and we'll make arrangements to get our jobs posted in the group (FREE) - as well as get you on the list to address the group toward the end of the event - so you can announce your availability.

If you are currently looking for new career prospects or job opportunities, PLEASE BRING COPIES OF YOUR RESUMES - and be ready to talk and network after the event.

Looking forward to a GREAT Turn Out... and looking forward to meeting some new folks as well.

CARPOOLS: If anyone needs to carpool or can provide a car to Palo Alto please contact Daniel Parrillo (dparrillo@strategi.biz). Cool
