Hi

during UI-installation of PyDev plugin user is asked if Aptana certificate is trusted.

During p2.director CLI installation the processes is just interrupted with an error:

!ENTRY org.eclipse.equinox.p2.engine 8 0 2011-01-12 15:05:35.548
!MESSAGE One or more certificates rejected. Cannot proceed with installation.

How to accept those certificates?..

I just ran into the same problem trying to install pydev into Eclipse 3.7.1. Did anybody find a solution?

Apparently this is a bug/missing feature in p2 Director. The workaround is to install the certificate into your JVM.

Grab the certificate here:
hxxp://pydev.org/pydev_certificate.cer
Then follow the installation guide here:
hxxps://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/tis/PyDev+Install#PyDevInstall-PyDevCertificate

More info here:
hxxp://stackoverflow.com/questions/7163970/how-do-you-automate-the-installation-of-eclipse-plugins-with-command-line

Argh, the stupid posting rules won't let me post any URLs Mad. Replace hxxp with http.
