Hi I have pulled the CVS project in to eclipse using CVS plugin that comes default with eclipse. In my project explorer it displays only the version number beside each resource.

I also want the last committed author name and date as well to be displayed.

how can i do this?

I am using gynamide.

Hi,
You can Right Click on Any file downloaded from CVS for whose last commiter and commiting date you want to know.
Go to Team-> Show History.
It will show you the Author Name as well as the Revision time for all the previous commits done on the file.

Hi, I have the same question to CVS, what I need is(like in SVN plugin) to show the last author of every file next to the name of the file.


PianoConcert.java axlrose 2010-11


I was trying to do it with:

Window->Preferences->Team->CVS->Label Decorations


But I couldnt find the correct "variable" to show the last author.
