I figured out how to get autocomplete working with a project and locally stored files. However I don't have any idea how to define my remote files as a project so it can see my external library files. Does anyone know how to do this?

You need to create remote project which is very very slow, but eclipse builds
and index all of the files.
For me it's much better to download whole project and set sync for both, then
You will have fast local project with autocomplete etc and You will be able to
see changes directly on server.

best regards
