I would like to participate in the development of WindowBuilder for the Eclipse Foundation, would love to be a committer, and to assist in whatever is needed in the project.
You can always count on my will, in my country called Brazil, we have no plans this template, then I will be happy to participate.

Luis, the way to get started is by submitting a patch for an existing
project. WindowBuilder will be provisioned early in the new year. Once
the code is available, you should see where you can add value and submit
a patch. Once you establish a pattern of submitting high-quality patches
for a project, the existing committers may invite you to become a committer.
But it all starts by participation.
HTH,
Wayne
