Java editing: The popup menu while hovering over the red squiggle. [message #638894]

Hello,

Eclipse Platform 3.5.1.M20090917-0800
Ubuntu 10.04LTS Lucid Lynx

While editing Java, an unrecognized token gets a red squiggly line under it.
The color of the squiggly line is controlled with: General - Editors - Text Editors - Annotations.

The popup menu when hovering the mouse over the red squiggle:

<token> cannot be resolved.
X quick fixes available.
Blah
Blah,
etc.

The colors of this menu are blue on black. Next to impossible to read on my note book.

What is the name of this menu? More importantly, how do I change the colors?

I remember encountering this (on a Javadoc Hover) in Ubuntu sometime
back. From what I remember, it is the tooltip color in your System
preferences. Changing that would reflect in this.
