I'm wondering if it is possible to change the access rules assigned to the
JDK.

We have an OSGi application and we are using JavaSE-1.6 as the execution
environment and we would like to turn on enforcement of the access rules.

Unfortunately we get some errors due to using classes from sun packages that
aren't part of the public API.

We need to use the classes due to problems with the JDK that won't be fixed
until Java 1.7 is released.

Any help would be much apppreciated.

Namaste, Bruce

In the end I found if you include the JRE and not an exectution environment you do not then get any access restrictions
