I tried useng the instructions from http://wiki.eclipse.org/RCP_FAQ to add the dependent plugins for my RCP, but this FAQ seems to be pre-helios since some of the plugins are incorrect. Dynamic help seems to work , but I cannot get the action for ActionFactory.HELP_CONTENTS does not dipslay the TOC in the seprate help window. Not sure which dependency I need for a helios RCP, but ones seems to be missing.
