I'm searching for a way to change the label provider in the
org.eclipse.uml2.uml.editor.presentation.UMLEditor. I'm searching a way via extensionpoints, probably via the IAdaptable interface.

Since now I can see no way, except to code a new Editor.

Has anyone an idea?

best Regards

It should be possible to implement your own item providers and register an alternative item provider adapter factory. UML2 actually does this for the generator model editor, i.e. it reuses the editor from EMF but plugs in an extended metamodel (and item providers)...
