Tags for Stereotype don't appear [message #627123]

Given the profile definition below, ThridLevel (ThirdLevel) should have
three tags defined last, age and middle.

Here is snapshot of the model:

Here I am using the profile and the ThridLevel stereotype in a model

But the tags do not show up. Any ideas on what the issue maybe?
