Hi,

Is there a way to build an offline local instance of STP? Is there a way to build STP w/o Buckminster?

Yes, you can build an offline instance of it, but as Antoine says, it's a bit
awkward. You DO need buckminster, and also Ant to get it done. Do you
want to build the whole thing, or just segments, because that will make a
difference on your actions?
