I recently upgraded my plugin to ganymede (Eclipse 3.4.1). Now Eclipse says it can't find the package my View classes are in. What could cause this, and what are recommended ways to fix it?

I upgraded by installing Eclipse 3.4.1, creating a new blank project, checked it in to subversion, then used an external subversion command to insert my old source code tree (.java files only) into the new project. Eclipse seems to be finding my perspective classes, just not the parent package of the view classes.
