Hello

I have plugins that wrap jars (library plugins) that. PDE build and
the built client work well when they are built/installed as jar files.
However, when I try to add them to a target platform, the Bundle is seen
by PDE but the classes contained in the nested JAR are not available
(class not found).

I guess you have hit the https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=157375 (PDE should support
building against nested JARs)
