Catalysts is delighted to be joining the Process Framework proposal as a
co-submitter.
Catalysts (www.catalysts.cc) by analogy to chemical catalysts, want to
accelerate the rate (speed) of a process improvement or change without
being exhausted ourselves and we want to enable change to occur much
faster because of our assistance, presence and influence.

We intend to contribute contents about agile project management (Scrum et
al.), theory of constraints and lean software development.
