Hi,

in an jsp web app I want to use the eclipse help system below a custom menu.

I have followed the instructin to eclipse infocenter given here
http://dev.eclipse.org/viewcvs/index.cgi/org.eclipse.platfor m.doc.isv/reference/misc/help_infocenter.html?rev=HEAD
The eclipse help server runs well. All is OK.

Now, I want the help system integrate in Tomcat 5.
For older eclipse version (until 2.0.2) the Infocenter is separately
downloadable and an good instruction exists.
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/R-2.0.1- 200208291828/doc/infocenter.html
This works fine but it shows an very old look. For Eclipse 3.0.1 I found
nothing.

I discovered eclipse\plugins\org.eclipse.help.webapp_3.0.1. which
contains jsp files which seems to fits my problem.
But I get the help not working with this files. There are an basic and
advanced sub directory. Which should I take?
He can't found the eclipse libs. The 2.0.2 instruction helps nothing more.

In 3.0.1 there is also no eclipseurl.jar as in 2.0.2 and in web.xml is
no ECLIPSE_HOME template defined.

I found many websites with the eclipse help system but I don't know if
they use Tomcat and if so how they have solved it.

Thank you very much!

Regards
Frank
