Greetings all,

ECF 0.5.2 stable build is now complete and immediately available here:

http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/downloads.html

Description of 0.5.2 New and Noteworthy is available here:

http://www.eclipse.org/ecf/NewAndNoteworthy.html

Note also the availability of the 'ECF Extras' web site and update site
(at Oregon State University Open Source Lab)

http://ecf1.osuosl.org

This site contains several additional ECF provider implementations (for
JMS, IRC, zeroconf protocols), and it has a version of the ECF RCP chat
application (thanks go to Ed Burnette for initially creating RCPChat).

Great to see new stable build so soon. Good stuff.
I wonder, if you guys have planned any first official release date?

Parvez

Hi Parvez,

Although there is additional planning (and recruiting) to do, the
current official release date (1.0) will probably be next June to
correspond with the platform 3.2 release.
