JIRA connector on Ganymede RC2? [message #589942]

I just installed Ganymede RC2, which had Mylyn 3.0 features
pre-installed. However, when I installed the JIRA connector (from the
update site http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/extras ), it
has screwed up Mylyn. Under Installed Software (in the Software Updates
dialog), the only Mylyn feature now listed is Mylyn Connector: JIRA
(version 2.3.2) and I no longer have Bugzilla as a choice for repository
(the Eclipse.org repository is gone, too).
If I uninstall the JIRA connector, Mylyn seems to go back to v3.0 OK.

Is there any way to get the JIRA connector working in Ganymede RC2 with
Mylyn 3.0?
