JIRA connector for 2.0.0 on Eclipse 3.2 won't install [message #583241]

I've been trying to install Mylyn on Eclipse 3.2, and it won't let me
install the JIRA connector. I'm using the update manager with the sites:

http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update-archive/2.0.0 /e3.2
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update-archive/2.0.0 /extras

The JIRA connector refuses to install with:

"Mylyn Connector: Jira (Incubation) (2.0.0.v20070828-0800) requires
feature "org.eclipse.mylyn_feature (2.0.0.v20070828-0100)", or later
version."

The mylyn_feature version on the site is only 2.0.0.v20070628-1000.

Any suggestions? (Not "upgrade to Eclipse 3.3", please...)
