From http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/download.php?file=/technolo gy/epp/downloads/release/helios/R/eclipse-java-helios-win32. zip the suggested mirror for me is IBM RTP
at http://fullmoon.rtp.raleigh.ibm.com/technology/epp/downloads /release/helios/R/eclipse-java-helios-win32.zip which is not a good link. I used another mirror and downloaded it fine.
