I'm currently trying to implement a test OHF/IHE application and feel like
I'm simply missing some information ;-). I've downloaded/installed and
verified the Tomcat / OHF Bridge. When I attempt to do anything with it
however I always receive an error. Looking through the returned log I can
see the bridge trying to make a connection to :

mllp://lsaix26.dfw.ibm.com:3600 Will retry in 2 seconds. 3 retries left.
Cause: Connection refused" string

Am I missing a configuration step ?

Any additional pointers, web sites, documentation and help would be much
appreciated!
