The setup for Eclipse 4.0 M6 (eclipse-SDK-4.0M6-win32.zip) at http://download.eclipse.org/e4/sdk/ shows Test Case failures
When I complete the setup, I see incomplete UI and functionalities. Any idea, when will the next build be available with the fixes

We're publishing RC0 today. http://wiki.eclipse.org/E4/Self_Hosting has
the list of known issues that need to be worked on for 4.0
