Started from wrong place(IBM) from OOPSLA article.
IMP has missing references and mismatched ones.
Update from Eclipse.org refuses becauses of mismatches.
Uninstall fails because it cannot find all the components. :(
(Uninstall should remove what ever it finds).

How to I uninstall IMP manually so I can start over?

What version of Eclipse are you using? What version of IMP?

I've seen strange behavior from the p2-enabled versions of Eclipse 3.4 in
which all sorts of problems cropped up after installing IMP (e.g., unable
to install new features, unable to update IMP features, unable to uninstall,
etc.). I've also had some problems in 3.5, but generally that version is
much better behaved.

To be honest, I don't spend much time uninstalling IMP :-), so I don't
have much direct experience to offer here.

If you give some more particulars about what you attempted, perhaps I can
shed some more light on the matter.
