creating a new dynamic web project, headless
I got the following exception
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: cvc-elt.1: Cannot find the declaration of element 'web-app'.

so I think I still miss some plugins containing the dtd for the definition

does anyone knows what the soltion could look likeß
