The standard style sheets seem to make the <ul> lists have dashed lines
between each list element. This makes the lists (e.g, lists of
instructions) really hard to read (look at
http://www.eclipse.org/equinox/documents/http_quickstart.php
for an example.
Is there a way to turn this off?
