Don't see NAB perspective in Eclipse [message #569337]

Hi,

Having followed, or at least tried to follow, the instructions in
README-en_US.8859-1.txt, the NAB perspective does not show up in the
Eclipse perspective list.

I'm running Eclipse 3.3.2 with CDT 4.0.3 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 4.0.
I downloaded ws-v3.97.12-src.tar.gz and nab-mwt.0.9.8M6.zip. make
mwt_java did not succeed, but it's not clear to me that I need that if I'm
not building Java apps. The make install appeared to succeed.

Any ideas?
