Hi,

I am the team lead for ILOG JRules Rule Studio, which we currently
localize into English, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, French and
German. Our current release is based on Eclipse 3.2 and we will shortly be
releasing a version based on Eclipse 3.3.

We therefore have a big interest in ensuring that Eclipse is localized
into our target languages. However we also have a need to improve the
tools/technology we use to localize our own product -- and Babel sounds
very interesting for internal use, to streamline the interactions between
R&D and the translation companies that we contract to.

At a minimum I would be interested in reviewing requirements for Babel,
and supplying perspective from a mid-sized ISV.

Sincerely,

Daniel Selman
