Feature requirements:

1) Create Web Application Project with Appropriate web.xml File

2) Add Required JSF Artifacts
- Libraries
- Tag libraries

3) Install/Configure Any Appropriate Builders/Validators

4) Create Application Configuration Resource File (faces-config.xml)

5) Extension Points
- To be determined
