Retrieving the line number from XSDDiagnostic [message #566387]

I am trying to catch erors in any XSD that I open, and am using the
validate() method on the wholde XSDSchema and am then called
getAllDiagnostics(). I would like to display the line and column number.
However I am always getting the default - line 1 and column 1. When I
open the same problematic schema through the Eclipse Platform GUI and look
at it with the XSD Editor it shows the correct line info.

Could it have something to do with the fact that I am using an
URIConverter to open my XSD Resources?
