Hi,
we've been unable to download files from orbit for 2 days.

I noticed it yesterday that it's impossible to download some files - for
example downloading
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/orbit/downloads/drops/R200 90529135407/bundles/org.apache.commons.httpclient_3.1.0.v200 80605-1935.jar
stalls after 30% and it is not going forward at all, ever.

Just to let you know there might be some infrastructure problem. I see
that no one mentioned this earlier. So, is it working for everyone else?
Don't think so.

I tried downloading from two geographical locations (US, and Poland).
Server download.eclipse.org resolves as 206.191.52.47. Usually between 8
AM - 16 PM CEST time (GMT +2). May be there are some load spikes
infrastructure can't handle?
