Responsibilities:
· Participate in the design and development of leading edge data
integration software application products.
· Create next product releases utilizing knowledge of User Interface
software development methodologies and Java technologies.
Required Education and Experience:
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
· Minimum of 5 years experience with User Interface software design and
development.
· Minimum of 3 years experience with Java SDK and Object-Oriented
programming skills.
· Experience with product development within a well-defined software
process.
· Experience with Eclipse Workbench, JDT and PDE; VE, WindowBuilder or
equivalent.
· Eclipse Plug-In and RCP development.
· Eclipse Resources, UI Framework, Editors, JFace and SWT.
· Ability to create low and high fidelity prototypes.
· Strong technical communication skills both written and verbal.
· Excellent problem solving skills.
· Ability to work independently and within a team.
· Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly and effectively.
Preferred Education and Experience:
· EMF, GEF, GMF, BIRT
· C/C++ programming, JNI
· Product development experience with XML.
· Multi-platform development experience.
· Familiarity with transactional, navigation and relational database
concepts.
· Familiarity with data and application integration concepts.
· Experience with VB, MCF or Swing.
