Hello,

I've read the in the proposal that there will be several "event providers". Each provider will create CBE instances and sent them to the "event manager".
The user interface will be based on BIRT, or not?
My question is now, how will you manage the connection between your CBE definitions and a report? Will it possible to define the events as a data source in BIRT?

Question 2: Is there an official roadmap for milestones? Is there an alpha release available?

Hi Christian,
each event is sent to the Rule Engine ( like CEP ... ) and you can configure eBAM to save event data on DB or not. When you are defining event data you have to set some properties, for examples:
- save event data on DB
- send event data to CEP/... Engine ( optional )
- ...

If you save event data on DB, you will use these data to create Birt reports. You can also create Birt reports on data generated by Rule Engine ( if you configure eBAM to save these data on DB ).

We are releasing the source code on SVN, and we are working on the road map. We will release the first version of eBAM in july.

Regads
Angelo
