Hello!

I would like to add dom4j library to the orbit repository. OFMP
(www.eclipse.org/ofmp/) project depends on it. At the moment
we received an approval for using it from the IP team (PB CQ1362). How
should I proceeed with commiting binaries to CVS?

Also, we are planning to add several API specification libraries (such as
javax.transaction.*, javax.sql.*, javax.resource.*). But this will come
a bit later.

Of course I can take responsibility to maintain these libraries, after they
are commited, if required.
