In addition to new types of graphs, we also have requests to edit existing graphs. Editing could be done at time t=0 (the base scenario) or at runtime.
Editing includes changing label values and adding/removing nodes and edges.
GEF or GMF is the most obvious choice for this and we should look at that first.

Are there other EPL friendly options?

I found the following resource might be quite interesting:

This is available under the Berkeley Software Distribution (BSD) license - I don't know whether this is compatible with EPL?
