getting no data [message #559665]

When I click on the link type drill through I get a blank page when using BIRT Report Viewer. But when I use the birt report designer preview I get the header page. I'm new to birt so if anyone could help is sure appreciated.

When you say the viewer do you mean the viewer deployed to an app server
or launching the viewer from the designer? Where is the drill report
located?

it's actually both. The report that gets the blanks is the viewer deploy to the app server and the one that gives me the header page is the one launching the viewer from the designer. the drill report is located in the same directory as the report I click the link from.
