It uses an interesting feature called WildcardPath, potentially applicable
to other languages or formats, like (Android ;-) XML, too:

The owner, Leonardo also shows interest in this Google Code project to use
Google Translation API:
http://code.google.com/p/google-api-translate-java/

Both of them look exciting for i18n efforts like Babel.
