Hi !

I need to perform some "refresh" operations in my plugin when an arbitrary resource is refreshed (e.g. implicitly after outside app modification of resource or explicitly after user presses 'F5' on resource). Is it possible to track such events?
IResourceChangeListener doesn't seem to be of help, because it isn't invoked with PRE_REFRESH or something after a refresh.

Thanks!

More firmly, PRE_REFRESH is invoked only on refresh of project/workspace
