Hi anyone,
I've got two questions which are closely related:
1) Is it possible to make papyrus open diagrams/models which are stored
in one, none UML file. Currently I'm using a model which contains
default uml diagrams (included as "Model" elements in the overall
supermodel). With the UML2Tools I was able to use GMF's
OpenDiagramBehavior to open the corresponding editors (e.g. Class
Diagram Editor) by passing a URIEditorInput and the corresponding
editors ID. As far as I can see, the "subeditors" (Class, Activity etc.)
cannot be adressed directly for Papyrus and the main editor requires a
FileEditorInput. I cannot use the FileEditorInput as the UML models are
embedded in another eCore model, and it seems that papyrus cannot handle
the eCore model.
2) Therefore, is it possible to use Papyrus to open / include arbitrary
eCore Models apart from UML/SYSML? I have complete EMF/GMF generated
codes for the models at hand.
Sorry for the long texts and thank you for your replies,
Daniel
