I cannot seem to access the cloudsmith updatesite. E.g., when I install org.eclipse.buckminster.subclipse.headless.feature into buckminster, I get:

org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException: Unable to connect to repository http://download.cloudsmith.com/buckminster/external-3.6/cont ent.xml

While I can ping the machine, the http connection seems to be refused. I also cannot download the following:

http://download.cloudsmith.com/buckminster/external-3.6/cont ent.xml

Is anyone else having this issue? Or, is it my machine?
