Hi,

I'd like to programatically set

Windows->Preferences->General->Workspace->Refresh automatically
and
Windows->Preferences->General->Startup and Shutdown->Refresh workspace on startup

How do I get the identifiers for these two options?

For the workbench for example there are some constants in IWorkbenchPreferenceConstants. Is there something similar for the workspace?

And is it the right way to set these options via new InstanceScope().getNode(... ?

If you use Plug-in Spy (ALT+SHIFT+F1) on a preference page, it'll give
you its implementing class. Then you would need to map the preference
to the checkbox or combo (or whatever).
