We have an issue with how Eclipses picks up source files for our Target platform. If we use a Linux system to create the source zips and put them in the proper directories in our target platform it all works fine even for our Windows users.

But if we use a Windows system to create the source zips and put them in the proper directory, the resulting target platform does not work properly.

Both Linux and Windows use the same ant scripts to process the source files, but our 'official' system for doing this is a Windows box.

We need the ability to view the source for imports that come from the target platform, and also to be able to see the target platform source while debugging.

Any ideas on what could be causing the target platform built on the Windows system to fail?
