Recently I updated Eclipse to newest version, after that whenever I run Eclipse, a gray rectangle appears on the top of all sub-windows. This rectangle hides code text and is non-movable. I have a backup copy of Eclipse 3.4.1 and this problem does not exist there. Also I have found this topic, in point 2 user described somehow similar situation:
http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php?t=msg&goto=51062 1&
However, I have not checked if the problem lies in that. As for now I reverted back to Eclipse 3.4.1, but I'm reporting this bug as it's quite strange.
This is on Linux Slackware, Fluxbox 1.1.1, Eclipse Build id: 20100218-1602, Java+CDT, no additional plugins; problem does not exist in Eclipse 3.4.1 and is always repeatable.
Please refer to this screenshot:

I suggest you switch 3.6 RC4 and if you still see this problem then
please file a bug report against Platform Text
( https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Platform).
