Hi are there any tools available to upload only the changed files of a repository ?

I have a quite slow upload bandwidth and I wonder how long it will take once my repostiory grows several hundred MBs. But must of the files from the eclipse platfrom will remain unchanged, so I don't need to upload them every time I release.

How do you do that ?
