Hello,
I use the SSH terminal shell in Eclipse to develop on an Unix server.
In some applications (e.g. jed editor) I want to use the "Num" button as gold key. This is not possible.
Why? Have I forgot some configurations?

Hi,

are you talking about the "num lock" key? That's usually used as a
modifier and thus not directly forwarded to the remote.

You'll have to used an advanced terminal program that's capable of
intercepting all keystrokes.

Supporting modifier keys as direct events to the remote (such as Alt,
Shift, Ctrl etc) may be possible with SWT but it's likely not an easy
thing to do. Feel free to create an enhancement request on bugzilla -
contributions along these lines would be welcome.

Thanks,
Martin
