While opening a previously created dynamic web project(shared in SVN) I occasionally get this error. The project was closed in an earlier session via Project -> Close Project and now I am trying to open it.

An internal error occurred during: "Updating JavaScript Index".
java.lang.StackOverflowError

Eclipse(Galileo): 3.5.2.R35x_v20100210-0800-9hEiFzmFst-TiEn9hNYgDWg1XN8ulH_JvC NGB

Java EE IDE for Web Developers: 1.2.2.20100217-2310

After this error I am asked if I want to quit the workbench.
