I'm trying to use the separate RichText Feature (1.5.04) in Ubuntu 9.04. And I'm facing the problem that both Tabs - RichText and Html are not automatically synchronized. In partucular the changes that I make to a document in the RichText tab are not transfered to the Html. So when I switch to Html and afterwards back to RichText all the changes that I've made disappear.
I'm trying to synchronize them using a ModifyListener, which correctly identifies changes when I type in the RichText tab, but still both RichTextEditor.getText() and RichText.getText() return an empty String.
I am usind the Feature in a RCP Application and under Windows the synchronization works as expected. The problem appears, when I use it under Linux. So I assume it is some dependency of the underlying native browser.
Did someone face such problem and find a solution for it?
