Job Description
V! Studios is seeking a talented Website Developer who is a motivated, talented programmer and enjoys a variety of creative and technical challenges in a fun production environment. Successful candidate shall assist in all phases of producing rich and engaging interactive Websites, games, and apps to include: (i) determining requirements, (ii) producing storyboards, compositions, and content, (iii) delivering prototypes, and (iv) deploying and maintaining products.
• Location: Crystal City, Virginia.
Job Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain Java/Flash/Web 2.0 web applications.
• Develop and maintain iPhone/iPad applications.
• Program all levels of the user interface, from web frontend to backend interactions.
• Deploy and manage social media tools.
• Support ADA Section 508 standards
• Work closely with team members.
Job Qualifications
• Fully versed in CSS, Javascript, XML, AJAX, ActionScript/Flash, Liferay and W3C coding standards.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, Eclipse, Apache, Subversion (SVN), and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with PHP, Perl, ColdFusion, Tomcat, and developing JSR-286 Spec Portlets for LifeRay Portal Server are pluses.
• U.S. citizen.
