We have a client who is looking for a Java developer with significant HDF5 file and Metadata architecture experience.

Ideally the developer would also have significant Eclipse RCP development experience.

This is a short-term consulting opportunity, located in Austin, Texas.

Required Experience:

- In-depth experience designing systems to use HDF5.
- In-depth Metadata Analysis and Architecture experience
- In-depth Java development experience.
- Experience building large desktop applications.
- Solid experience in object oriented programming, design patterns.

Desired Experience / Skills:

- In-depth experience (2-3 years) using Eclipse RCP.
- Passion for developing highly efficient and responsive user-interfaces.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- The ability to deliver unit tested solutions.

This is a contract position located in Austin, Texas.
